A birthday's worth of cupcakes are randomly and individually appliqued around the bottom hem. Each are hand cut and appliqued to order so will vary depending on size purchased. Skirt is a full twirl style with an elastic waist for a comfy, play-friendly fit. Machine-washable and dryer friendly cotton. Matching shirts available.
