Due to the time that goes into making custom, hand-crafted items, all sales are final unless there is a mistake on our part in fulfilling your order (such as the wrong item, size, color, sleeve length sent). We do not accept returns for any other reasons.  Please note that all personalized items, birthday and holiday apparel, and custom orders are FINAL sales. 

All liliputians clothing designs and many of the other handmade items in the liliputians boutique are made to order with the information you provide.  So please double check your order for accuracy to make sure there are no typos, sizing or other option errors.

If an item does not fit correctly, please notify us within one week of receipt.  Alterations will be performed free of charge or an item may be exchanged for another size.  Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.  Altered/exchanged items will be shipped back to the purchaser free of charge.
