Frida Kahlo is our favorite artist here at liliput and the inspiration for this newest liliputians NYC design. To start, a classic tee (your choice of black, white or chocolate brown) is used - LONG or SHORT sleeves available. On the front, is a detailed applique of Frida Kahlo in fancy, colorful, traditional dress. She is accompanied by her pet monkey, vibrant flowers, and a heart milagro. The design is made of several separate applique components, each individually cut and sewn with the same color thread. A yellow ribbon rose accent in Frida's hair gives the design a 3-D element. (Please note that the shirt pictured is a girls size 4T shirt and the scale of the Frida applique stays the same so will be smaller on a woman's shirt.)
