In May of 2004 Liliputians, an indie designer label, was born in New York City with the arrival of Heather’s daughter Lily Belle.
Lily is her mom’s inspiration behind all of the unique handmade items on the site.
This line of boutique children’s clothing is a reflection of Heather’s love for art, vintage designs, whimsical themes, bright colors and more.
